The kit uses 3D scanning technology to ensure a perfect fit with your car's original headlight covers. Installation is easy and requires no modification, maintaining the original appearance of your car while significantly improving lighting performance.

Easy installation, quick start-up
This kit features a plug-and-play design for quick and easy installation:

1.Remove the original headlights: Use basic tools to remove the original headlights from the vehicle.

2.Install the new headlights: Secure the kit inside the headlight housing and complete the installation using the included hardware.

3.Connect the power supply: Connect the headlights to the vehicle's power supply, compatible with 12-30V DC voltage, and ensure a secure connection.

4.Adjust the angle: Adjust the headlight angle according to riding needs to ensure an optimal lighting range.

5.The headlight does not have a high/low beam switch function, but the lights can still be turned on and off using the original handlebar high/low switch.

6.Product Wiring Instructions:
Before installation, carefully verify the pin sequence and wire colors of the original female terminal housing (OEM wiring) and adjust the wiring of this kit accordingly to avoid connection errors that could cause malfunction.
Original Headlight Unit Wiring (taking EXC/XCW as an example, OEM wire colors):
Pin 1 – Green (gn) – PL (Parking/Position Light)
Pin 2 – Green (gn) – LO (Low Beam)
Pin 3 – Blue (BU) – HI (High Beam) only equipped on EXC models, XCW does not have this line
Pin 4 – Brown (br) – GND (Ground)

The product’s black wire corresponds to pin 4 (Brown, GND).
The product’s red wire should be connected to either pin 2 (Green, Low Beam) or pin 3 (Blue, High Beam).
If the model is XCW, it must be connected to pin 2 (Low Beam).
If the model is EXC, connection to low beam or high beam can be chosen as needed.

Compatibility Note:
XC, XC-F, TX, and FX models do not support direct installation because these models do not come equipped with headlights or switches from the factory. If installing this kit on such models, additional plastic headlight covers and traditional 12V wiring harnesses are required. Before purchasing or installing additional lighting equipment, please confirm that the vehicle has sufficient power output and is equipped with a 12V battery.

For off-road use only; this light kit is designed specifically for off-road riding and is not suitable for use on public roads. Please use within the bounds of the law.
