Installation Guide
Required Tools and Items:

Tools: 5mm Allen key, 14mm open-end wrench, 9mm open-end wrench, 8mm socket, Phillips screwdriver

Other items: Suitable fluid catch container, at least 250ml of approved clutch fluid (ensure compatibility: some models use mineral oil, others use DOT 4)

Preparation:
Fluid Selection:
Always use the recommended clutch fluid to avoid damage.

Positioning:
Ensure the motorcycle is upright or slightly tilted to help air escape during bleeding.

Read Instructions:
Make sure to fully understand the procedure before starting.

Installation Steps:
Access the Work Area:
Remove necessary fairings to gain full access.
Determine the correct bolt length and set aside unused bolts.

Remove Existing Component:
Wrap the old slave cylinder with a cloth.
Loosen the banjo bolt to control fluid loss and use a catch container to prevent spills.
Remove the current slave cylinder while keeping it wrapped to avoid leakage.

Prepare the New Slave Cylinder:
Insert the 8mm steel ball into the piston with a small amount of grease.
If applicable, retain the KTM gasket for reuse.

Transfer Components:
Quickly transfer the banjo bolt and line from the old cylinder to the new one to minimize bleeding time.
Use new copper washers to ensure a good seal when installing the bolt.

Install New Cylinder:
Ensure all gaskets and components are correctly reinstalled.
Pay attention to the fluid level in the KTM master cylinder, as it has a smaller capacity.
Some models may require installing the chain guard before connecting the hydraulic hose.

Bleeding the System:
Attach a hose to the bleed valve on the slave cylinder and place the other end in a fluid container.
Pull the clutch lever about six times, holding it on the last pull.
Loosen and then retighten the bleed valve while maintaining pressure on the lever. Repeat until the clutch feels firm.

Final Check:
Ensure the master cylinder fluid level is sufficient to prevent air entry.

Confirm that all bolts and fittings are securely fastened.

You can optionally pre-fill the new slave cylinder using a syringe to save bleeding time.

Final Reminder:
Avoid pressing the piston after filling to prevent fluid spray and potential injury.

By following these instructions, enjoy the performance improvements of your new NICECNC clutch slave cylinder.
