Returns If any products issues, please feel free mail to: wholesales@nicecnc.cn To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process which ensure that product being shipped are in perfect condition.
Note:Returns not caused by quality reasons need to contact customer service within 10 days after the package is signed for.

Refunds Please contact our customer service via email for return address if the products have quality problems. ( Note: other reasons like: shipping delay or you don't like the products or you buy it wrong by yourself or you have modified your bike which make the parts doesn't fit, but you wanna return it, you need to pay the shipping fee by yourself and pay 15% OFF restocking fee.In this case, the shipping fee of your original order will not be refunded.) Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
Refunds do not include order shipping charges and taxes. It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
