【Dual Light Source & High Brightness Design Combined Output】
The dual light sources feature a coaxial design, positioned at the same illumination point and capable of operating simultaneously.
Brightness:
Single Light Source Mode: Approx. 3100 Lumens
Dual Light Source Mode: Approx. 3600 Lumens
The beam height and beam pattern remain fixed, while the increased brightness provides more sufficient illumination for both distant and nearby areas.
⚠️ Note: Dual Light Sources ≠ High/Low Beam Switching.
This product does not feature high/low beam switching.
【Integrated Focused + Flood Beam Pattern】
The integrated optical design combines focused long-range illumination with wide near-field coverage.
Enhances overall visibility during nighttime off-road riding without relying on high/low beam switching.
Installation Instructions:
1. Remove the OEM Headlight
Use basic tools to remove the OEM headlight from the vehicle.
2. Install the New Headlight
Secure the kit inside the headlight housing and complete the installation using the included hardware.
3. Connect the Power Supply
*Carefully verify the pin configuration and wire colors of the OEM female connector, and adjust the wiring of this kit accordingly to prevent malfunctions caused by incorrect wiring.
OEM Headlight Wiring（Taking EXC/XCW as an example, the OEM wire colors are as follows:）
Pin 1 – Green (GN) – PL (Position/Parking Light)
Pin 2 – Green (GN) – LO (Low Beam)
Pin 3 – Blue (BU) – HI (High Beam), available only on EXC models; XCW models do not have this wire
Pin 4 – Brown (BR) – GND (Ground)
LED Light Wire Colors & Connections
Black Wire: Ground (Negative), Connect to the OEM Brown (BR) – GND (Ground) wire.
Yellow Wire: Single-Light-Source Power Wire, Connect to the OEM Green (GN) – LO (Low Beam) wire.
Red Wire: Dual-Light-Source Power Wire, Connect to the OEM Blue (BU) – HI (High Beam) wire.
Please confirm connector compatibility before installation. Vehicle models, model years, and configurations may vary.
Important Notes
1. No Position/Parking Light Function.This product does not include a Position Light / Parking Light function. Please confirm that this meets your requirements before purchase.
2. XC, XC-F, TX, and FX models do not support direct installation because these models are not equipped with a headlight or headlight switch from the factory.
To install this kit on these models, an additional plastic headlight mask and conventional 12V wiring harness are required.
Please carefully read the relevant instructions before purchase. If additional lighting equipment is installed, make sure the vehicle has sufficient power output and is equipped with a 12V battery.
3. For Off-Road Use Only
This lighting kit is designed exclusively for off-road riding and is not intended for use on public roads. Please comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
